Used it once. Found it very convenient, save a lot of hassle to go down and just to buy a ticket.
I would use this again next time
There is a limitation of only max 5 passengers per online booking. Wish there was an option to choice. I had to log-in 4 times since I had just finished booking for 19 seats!.
In addition to the $0.50 per pax online booking charge, there is a 5% fee added too!.
Don't see a need for the surcharge since it is a win-win situation. The whole booking process is done independantly with the available info online without any checking needed by their staff or issuing any tickets, etc
Don't quite understand how the Member sign-up! I logged 4 times and each time i get a message back that the verification no has been sent to my mailbox. However, no verifcation code was received so I had to type the details each time when I did the online booking!
Dear Davamani,
We're very sorry about the inconvenience caused.
We'll increase the max. to 10 passengers per booking in our upcoming release.
The verification number may be sending to your junk mail folder, thus you may not be able to see it.
Unfortunately we're unable to remove the charges at the moment. Currently it's stated in the FAQ. We'll review and put it in a clearer position in our next release.
Thank you for your suggestion. :)
