Malaysia Fuel Price Increase | RON 97 up 10 sen Per Litre

Another inflation news where it affects the petrol price Ron97. 2 days ago, Malaysia government just announced effective 4-Jan-11, Ron97 price will increase by 10cents per litre. Kerosene price is also up from RM 2.40 to RM 2.50 per litre. Luckily, the price of RON 95 is remaining the same at RM 1.90 per litre, diesel at RM 1.80 per litre and LPG at RM 1.90 per kg.

Imagine if you are driving a car with 40L full tank, increase by 10 cent will increase the cost of pumping petrol by RM4 . If you take full tank twice a week, that will be additional RM32 per month! If you are travelling back to your hometown by car, your cost of petrol will also increase.
